Between the Firing Lines: Baltimore Street Walking Tour

Friday May 9

Other dates...

5:00 PM  –  6:15 PM

Join a Gettysburg Licensed Town Guide for a walking tour of historic Baltimore Street, where you’ll hear stories of the intense fighting that raged here over all three days of the battle. Your guide will introduce you to the civilians who once lived along this street, sharing their experiences, pointing out their homes, and highlighting battle damage still visible on buildings today. You’ll also learn about President Abraham Lincoln’s visit to Gettysburg and his procession down Baltimore Street to dedicate the new Soldiers' National Cemetery. To create a more personal and engaging experience, group sizes will be kept small.

The tour will begin and end at the Shriver House Museum - 307 Baltimore Street, Gettysburg.
