Featuring a Q&A with author and historian Kevin Hymel, whose research and writings helped bring this story to light, this brand new Netflix film directed by Tyler Perry and starring Kerry Washington honors the courage, perseverance, and unsung contributions of these remarkable women. The program will be moderated by Gettysburg history teacher Alisha Sanders.  The movie screen will be held at the Gettysubrg National Military Park Visitor Center.
