Stephen Lang Goes Beyond the Battle

This event is no longer on sale.

Monday July 3

10:00 AM  –  12:00 PM

Stephen Lang is a transformative actor best known for starring in two of the three highest grossing movies of all-time: Avatar and Avatar: Way of Water. He is the Blind Man in Don't Breathe, Stonewall Jackson in Gods and Generals, Ike Clanton in Tombstone, and of course, George Pickett in Gettysburg. "SLang" will reflect on his long creative connection to our town, ranging from the movie Gettysburg to The Gettysburg Story documentary and audio tour, to The Wheatfield short film and book, and most recently, the Gettysburg Beyond the Battle museum films. In conversation with frequent collaborator Jake Boritt on the 160th anniversary of Pickett's Charge, the program will be preceded by a special 10th anniversary screening of Jake Boritt's The Gettysburg Story, narrated by Lang.

Ticket holders to this event will also receive complimentary admission to Beyond the Battle Museum after the discussion!
